Silvio Samuel greets my daughter when she goes backstage with me at the 2008 Iron Man contest. He remembers her from the 2007 Keystone Classic. He spends a few minutes teaching her how to pose like a bodybuilder. When she strikes a pose, he hits same pose behind her

Silvio is a very nice and funny guy and clearly one of my daughter’s favorite pro bodybuilders. We had lunch with him in Allentown, Pennsylvania last year when he competed at the 2007 Keystone Classic.
